"Xia is a very professional real estate agent, on both sides of home purchase. We highly recommend her and would definitely come back in the future. We lived in an apartment and the unit's HOA due is $650 a month. We felt the pressure and wanted to move out. Note this is also the challenging factor during selling. Xia guided us through the selling process, referred contractors for the remodeling, staged and captured professional photos and 3D videos. Most importantly, she set the perfect pricing, and helped us sell it out very quickly. We spent 1 month less than the other listed unit in the same community! Then we start to look for new homes. We often confuse ourselves when weighing school, commute and home conditions. Xia is very patient and waits us to shorten the search criteria. She never pushes us. She is very knowledgeable in home inspection, decoration, and estimation. We skip a few homes because of the structure issue she finds. She also provides reasonable suggestions when we make an offer, and helps us to filter out some overpriced or overbid homes. We finally find and close a home in 3 weeks, thanks to the lender she refers. Xia demonstrates professional expertise, rock-solid integrity, as well as great humor, and gains our trust and respect. We truly appreciate her help and feel lucky to have her as our listing and buying agent!"
